【摘要】：2015年以來,警察個人微信公眾號快速發(fā)展壯大,借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及時傳播和貼近警務實踐的特點,形成了巨大的傳播力和影響力,對傳播公安正能量、推動執(zhí)法規(guī)范化、對沖負面輿情、疏導警察群體情緒發(fā)揮了積極的作用。同時,部分公眾號因為不合理發(fā)聲導致一些批評,警察個人微信公眾號在迅速發(fā)展的同時也亟待規(guī)范。對此,上級公安機關應明確警察個人微信公眾號平臺的非官方屬性,推動警察個人微信公眾號自律、自治,建立重大涉警輿情宣傳聯(lián)系機制,警察個人微信公眾號應當積極明確受眾并確立品牌意識,從而有效服務公安宣傳工作的大局。
[Abstract]:Since 2015, the individual police WeChat public number grew quickly, with the help of the Internet to spread and close police practice, formed a huge spread of power and influence, the dissemination of positive energy security, promote the standardization of law enforcement, hedge negative public opinion, played a positive role to ease the police group mood. At the same time, some of the public, because the unreasonable sound caused some criticism, the individual police WeChat public numbers should be standardized while developing rapidly. In this regard, the public security organs at higher levels shall be non official property clear individual police WeChat public number platform, promote the individual WeChat public, self-discipline, autonomy, the establishment of a major public opinion on police propaganda contact mechanism, police personal public numbers should be WeChat a clear audience and establish brand awareness, so as to effectively service public security propaganda work of the overall situation.
