【摘要】：正在游人穿梭的南京路,有幾人曾經(jīng)駐足,仔細(xì)打量過和平飯店南樓前矗立著的"萬國禁煙會(huì)會(huì)址"的銅牌?又有幾人了解"萬國禁煙會(huì)"這一開啟國際合作禁毒先聲的歷史事件?罌粟花曾美麗綻放,被人們當(dāng)作觀賞和藥用植物而喜愛,然而隨著近代社會(huì)的到來,被財(cái)富欲望挾持的西方列強(qiáng)打開了潘多拉魔盒,釋放了蘊(yùn)藏其中的毒魔。從此,毒魔附著在全球化的進(jìn)程中四處蔓延,即使悲劇的肇事者也不能幸免。
