【摘要】： 改革開放以來,我國實(shí)行靈活的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,國家經(jīng)濟(jì)得到快速發(fā)展,但是社會(huì)其他領(lǐng)域制度建設(shè)的相對(duì)不健全,導(dǎo)致一系列社會(huì)問題的出現(xiàn),青少年犯罪就是其中之一。青少年是國家的未來,民族的希望,青少年犯罪數(shù)量的激增,嚴(yán)重影響了社會(huì)的安定、家庭的安寧,成為構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)過程中的不和諧因素,因此保護(hù)青少年的健康成長,預(yù)防和減少青少年犯罪具有重大的司法價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文涉及社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)、法學(xué)等多學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,以人格為視角,重點(diǎn)對(duì)青少年犯罪預(yù)防和矯治中的人格障礙進(jìn)行研究。本文開篇從心理學(xué)的角度對(duì)人格的由來、定義和基本特性進(jìn)行基本論述,起到了廓清概念、澄清認(rèn)識(shí)的重要作用,為全文論述的縱深展開做好理論鋪墊。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文將人格置于青少年犯罪這一特殊研究背景下,進(jìn)行兩者的相關(guān)性研究,列舉分析了青少年犯罪中的典型人格障礙類型,并從遺傳、生物、家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)的角度對(duì)影響青少年人格障礙形成的原因進(jìn)行了深入闡述,為家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)三位一體綜合預(yù)防青少年人格障礙的形成提供現(xiàn)實(shí)和理論的依據(jù)。與此同時(shí),文章還借鑒了心理學(xué)中關(guān)于人格障礙的治療方法對(duì)青少年人格障礙者進(jìn)行早期干預(yù)和矯治。預(yù)防青少年人格障礙的形成和對(duì)青少年人格障礙者的矯治,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)防和減少青少年犯罪,是本文研究的終極目的和價(jià)值所在。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has implemented flexible economic policies, the national economy has been rapid development, but the system construction in other areas of society is relatively imperfect, leading to a series of social problems, juvenile delinquency is one of them.The youth is the future of the country, the hope of the nation, the surge in the number of juvenile delinquents, which has seriously affected the social stability, the peace of the family, and become a disharmonious factor in the process of building a harmonious society, so it protects the healthy growth of the young people.Prevention and reduction of juvenile delinquency has great judicial value and practical significance.This article involves sociology, psychology, law and other multi-disciplinary fields, from the perspective of personality, focuses on juvenile delinquency prevention and correction of personality disorders.In the beginning of this paper, the origin, definition and basic characteristics of personality are discussed from the angle of psychology, which plays an important role in clarifying the concept and clarifying the cognition, thus laying a good theoretical foundation for the further development of the full text.On this basis, this paper puts personality under the special research background of juvenile delinquency, carries on the correlation research between the two, enumerates and analyzes the typical personality disorder type in the juvenile delinquency, and from heredity, biology, family,From the angle of school and society, the causes that affect the formation of adolescent personality disorder are expounded in depth, which provides a realistic and theoretical basis for the comprehensive prevention of adolescent personality disorder in the family, school and society.At the same time, the article also draws lessons from the psychological treatment of personality disorders to adolescents with early intervention and correction of personality disorders.The ultimate purpose and value of this paper is to prevent the formation of adolescent personality disorder and correct the adolescent personality disorder, and then to prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency.
