【摘要】： 在犯罪學(xué)所研究的各種犯罪行為中,尤其是暴力犯罪,產(chǎn)生的深層原因都離不開人類心態(tài)失調(diào)所導(dǎo)致的人性扭曲。人格障礙就是其中之一。反社會(huì)型人格障礙也叫“悖德型人格障礙”,有很強(qiáng)的致罪傾向。在違法犯罪人群中,反社會(huì)人格者可高達(dá)30%以上,且屢次犯罪以及罪行特別殘酷或情節(jié)惡劣的現(xiàn)象非常嚴(yán)重。本文通過(guò)對(duì)反社會(huì)人格障礙引起的暴力犯罪的原因進(jìn)行分析,來(lái)探討由反社會(huì)人格障礙引起的暴力犯罪的預(yù)防。首先,運(yùn)用精神分析理論、行為分析理論和社會(huì)認(rèn)知理論來(lái)解釋暴力行為的發(fā)生。其次,從反社會(huì)人格障礙對(duì)暴力犯罪的一般影響、心理結(jié)構(gòu)的影響、暴力犯罪動(dòng)機(jī)的影響三方面進(jìn)行暴力犯罪原因的分析。最后,通過(guò)一般預(yù)防、心理預(yù)防以及對(duì)反社會(huì)人格障礙的暴力犯罪人的人文關(guān)懷,來(lái)構(gòu)建反社會(huì)人格障礙引起的暴力犯罪的預(yù)防體系。使其能更有效地預(yù)防和打擊犯罪,為加強(qiáng)我國(guó)的暴力犯罪預(yù)防貢獻(xiàn)出一份綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:Among the crimes studied by the Institute of Criminology, especially violent crime, The deep-seated causes are all inseparable from the distortion of human nature caused by the imbalance of human mentality. Personality disorder is one of them. Anti-social personality disorder, also called "anti-German personality disorder", has a strong tendency to cause crime. The antisocial personality can be as high as 30%, and the phenomenon of repeated crimes and especially cruel or abominable crimes is very serious. This paper analyzes the causes of violent crimes caused by antisocial personality disorders. To explore the prevention of violent crimes caused by antisocial personality disorder. Firstly, the psychoanalysis theory, behavioral analysis theory and social cognitive theory are used to explain the occurrence of violent behavior. The causes of violent crime are analyzed from three aspects: the general influence of antisocial personality disorder on violent crime, the influence of psychological structure, and the influence of violent criminal motive. Psychological prevention and humanistic care for violent offenders with antisocial personality disorders are used to construct the prevention system of violent crimes caused by antisocial personality disorders, so that they can prevent and combat crimes more effectively. In order to strengthen the prevention of violent crime in our country to contribute a modest contribution.
