【摘要】： 改革開放以來,隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,村委會成員的職務(wù)犯罪變得日益猖獗,嚴(yán)重阻礙了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會主義新農(nóng)村的建設(shè)步伐,因此,預(yù)防村委會成員職務(wù)犯罪變的日益重要和迫切。本文在詳細(xì)分析村委會職務(wù)犯罪的內(nèi)涵、現(xiàn)狀、原因、危害的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了預(yù)防村委會成員職務(wù)犯罪的宏觀對策與具體措施。 導(dǎo)致村委會成員職務(wù)犯罪的原因與預(yù)防村委會成員職務(wù)犯罪的對策是本文的主要撰寫部分,原因部分從歷史的和現(xiàn)實(shí)的等不同的角度進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,對策部分主要提出了村委會成員職務(wù)犯罪的綜合治理,在綜合治理總體原則的指導(dǎo)下,闡述了預(yù)防村委會成員職務(wù)犯罪的六項(xiàng)具體措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the development of the socialist market economy, the crimes committed by village committee members have become increasingly rampant, which has seriously hindered the development of the rural economy and the construction of a new socialist countryside. It is more and more important and urgent to prevent the duty crime of village committee members. Based on the detailed analysis of the connotation, present situation, cause and harm of the duty crime of village committee members, this paper puts forward the macroscopic countermeasures and concrete measures to prevent the duty crime of village committee members. The main writing part of this paper is the reasons leading to the duty crime of village committee members and the countermeasures to prevent it. The reasons are analyzed systematically from different angles, such as history and reality. The countermeasure part mainly puts forward the comprehensive management of the duty crime of village committee members. Under the guidance of the general principle of comprehensive management, this paper expounds six concrete measures to prevent the duty crime of village committee members.
