【摘要】： 近年來(lái),全國(guó)各地未成年人犯罪的案件在不斷增多,危害程度不斷升級(jí),日益成為社會(huì)和家庭關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,如何遏制和防止未成年人犯罪,一直是擺在我們面前的一個(gè)亟待解決的重要課題。本文以貴州省少管所男性未成年人為例,對(duì)他們的基本特征以及家庭、社會(huì)和學(xué)校環(huán)境以及犯罪情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,并結(jié)合可能影響他們犯罪的因素進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:未成年人走上犯罪的道路是其自身身心特點(diǎn)、教育水平、居住地不同、家庭、學(xué)校以及社會(huì)環(huán)境等因素共同作用的結(jié)果。研究表明:減少未成年人犯罪要從未成年人的家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)影響幾個(gè)方面入手,同時(shí)結(jié)合未成年人自身的特點(diǎn)和基本情況加以改善和教育,從而避免未成年人走上犯罪的道路,降低未成年人犯罪率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of juvenile delinquency cases in various parts of the country has been increasing and the degree of harm has been escalating. It has increasingly become a hot issue of social and family concern. How to curb and prevent juvenile delinquency, It has always been an important subject that needs to be solved urgently. Taking male minors in Guizhou Provincial Juvenile Detention Center as an example, this paper investigates their basic characteristics, their family, social and school environment, and the situation of crime. Combined with the factors that may affect their crime, the result shows that the minors take the path of crime is their own physical and mental characteristics, education level, different residence, family, The study shows that the reduction of juvenile delinquency depends on the family, school and social impact of the minor. At the same time, according to the characteristics and basic conditions of minors to improve and education, so as to avoid minors to take the road to crime, reduce juvenile crime rate.
