【摘要】：在城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系變革的客觀走勢已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)的情況下,有必要考察城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系變革的觀念上的"臨界點(diǎn)"。本文通過對2006年7月一項(xiàng)問卷調(diào)查資料的分析發(fā)現(xiàn):城鄉(xiāng)居民之間雖然存在著結(jié)構(gòu)性的利益矛盾,但是城市居民對農(nóng)民和農(nóng)民工的社會(huì)歧視并沒有人們想象的那么嚴(yán)重;城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系變革的"文化障礙"并不存在,縮小城鄉(xiāng)差別幾乎是城鄉(xiāng)居民的共同愿望;從城鄉(xiāng)居民城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系觀念的角度來看,就業(yè)制度改革應(yīng)該作為城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系制度變革的突破口。
[Abstract]:In the urban-rural relationship changes in the objective trend has emerged under the circumstances. It is necessary to examine the "critical point" in the concept of the transformation of urban-rural relations. Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey data of July 1st 2006, it is found that there are structural conflicts of interest between urban and rural residents. However, the social discrimination of urban residents against farmers and migrant workers is not as serious as people think. There are no cultural barriers to the transformation of urban-rural relations, and narrowing the differences between urban and rural areas is almost the common desire of urban and rural residents; From the point of view of the concept of urban-rural relationship between urban and rural residents, the reform of employment system should be regarded as a breakthrough in the reform of urban-rural relationship system.
