【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)之后的世界漸漸發(fā)生著各種各樣的變化，恐怖主義活動同樣愈演愈烈，已漸漸成為國際社會的主要危害。進(jìn)入新的世紀(jì)，恐怖主義也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出新的特點。美國扮演的“國際警察”以暴制暴的手段更加激化了種族間的、地區(qū)間的矛盾。反恐這么多年以來，恐怖主義的勢頭并沒有得到遏制，反而產(chǎn)生了威脅擴大化的趨勢。無論是從恐怖襲擊的手段、區(qū)域、規(guī)模、嚴(yán)重程度都日益猖獗。震驚世界的“911”恐怖襲擊事件為全世界人民敲響了警鐘。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化以及科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，，恐怖主義展現(xiàn)出了它國際化的一面。在這樣的境遇下，中國面對恐怖主義的立場是清晰的，而在面對新的形勢和恐怖主義新的特點中國又當(dāng)如何應(yīng)對？如何做出戰(zhàn)略選擇，這就是本文探尋的重點。
[Abstract]:The world after the Cold War is undergoing a variety of changes, and terrorist activities are becoming more and more serious, and have gradually become the major danger to the international community. Terrorism is also taking on new features. The United States' role as an "international police" has exacerbated ethnic and regional conflicts by using violent methods to combat terrorism for so many years. The momentum of terrorism has not been contained, on the contrary, there has been a tendency to expand the threat, whether from the means of terrorist attacks, the region, the scale. The "911" terrorist attacks, which shocked the world, sounded a wake-up call for the people of the world. With the rapid development of economic globalization and science and technology. Terrorism shows its internationalized side. Under such circumstances, China's stand on terrorism is clear, and in the face of the new situation and new characteristics of terrorism, how should China deal with it? How to make a strategic choice, this is the focus of this paper.
