【摘要】：摘要：處于社會邊緣地位的社會性弱勢群體問題對我國社會的穩(wěn)定及發(fā)展產(chǎn)生越來越重要的影響。社會性弱勢群體由于其經(jīng)濟(jì)上的貧困性、生活質(zhì)量的低層次性、心理承受能力上的脆弱性,在其生存權(quán)利得不到保障的時候,往往會采取一些相對極端的手段來維護(hù)自身權(quán)益,從而成為影響社會安定的風(fēng)險因素。社會性弱勢群體犯罪的影響因素是多方面的,既有經(jīng)濟(jì)上的,如日益擴(kuò)大的貧富差距使得社會性弱勢群體具有強(qiáng)烈的相對剝奪感,也有制度上的,如社會對于社會性弱勢群體權(quán)利保障的漠視和缺失導(dǎo)致這一群體生存困境難以解決。此外,這一群體的心理承受能力相對較低,在遇到突發(fā)刺激性事件或者處于無助境地時,更容易造成行為失范,甚至引發(fā)犯罪。預(yù)防社會性弱勢群體犯罪的發(fā)生,首先要健全法律保護(hù)機(jī)制,提高國家對社會性弱勢群體的公力救濟(jì)；其次要完善社會保障體系,擴(kuò)大對該群體的社會支持力度,改善他們的生存狀態(tài),將保障他們的合法權(quán)利真正落到實處；要注重社會性弱勢群體個體素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),注重對社會性弱勢群體的心理調(diào)節(jié)和干預(yù),提高他們面對生活困境的心理承受能力。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: the problem of social vulnerable groups in the marginal position of society has a more and more important influence on the social stability and development of our country. The low level of quality of life, psychological vulnerability, when their right to survival can not be guaranteed, they often take some relatively extreme measures to protect their own rights and interests. Thus it becomes the risk factor which affects the social stability. The social vulnerable group crime influence factor is many aspects, already has the economic. For example, the widening gap between the rich and the poor makes the social vulnerable groups have a strong sense of relative deprivation, there are also institutional. For example, the lack of social protection of the rights of the social vulnerable groups leads to the plight of the survival of this group is difficult to solve. In addition, the psychological capacity of this group is relatively low. In the face of sudden stimulative events or helpless situation, it is more likely to cause misconduct, or even cause crime. To prevent the occurrence of crime of social vulnerable groups, we must first improve the legal protection mechanism. Improve the public relief to the social vulnerable groups; Secondly, it is necessary to perfect the social security system, expand the social support for the group, improve their living conditions, and ensure their legal rights to be truly implemented; Attention should be paid to the cultivation of the individual quality of the social vulnerable groups, to the psychological adjustment and intervention of the social vulnerable groups, and to the improvement of their psychological bearing ability in the face of the plight of life.
