【摘要】：治理和善治是西方新公共管理的基本理論。從歷史和現(xiàn)實來看,治理和善治理論可以引入農(nóng)村社區(qū)治安防控設(shè)計。根據(jù)"治理"和"善治"理論,我們對農(nóng)村社區(qū)治安防控設(shè)計時,要考慮以下幾個方面:治安主體的多中心格局及其間的協(xié)調(diào);正式規(guī)則的設(shè)計、安排和執(zhí)行要注意和農(nóng)村內(nèi)生規(guī)則的協(xié)調(diào)、整合;農(nóng)村社區(qū)治安工作應(yīng)把重點放在密切農(nóng)村人際關(guān)系上。
[Abstract]:Governance and good governance are the basic theories of new western public management. From the perspective of history and reality, the theory of governance and good governance can be introduced into the design of rural community public security prevention and control. According to the "governance" and "good governance" theory, our rural community public security prevention and control design, should consider the following aspects: the main body of the security pattern of multi center and coordination; the formal rules of design, arrangement and execution should pay attention to the rules in the rural areas and the coordination and integration; rural community policing work should focus in close relationships in rural areas.
