【摘要】：柏拉圖與他的學(xué)生亞里士多德是古希臘法律思想史上的兩位巨人,直至近日他們法律思想依然在被人們研究和引用,影響深遠(yuǎn)。本文中筆者將從兩位思想巨人的"正義觀"和對"人治與法治的不同觀點(diǎn)"淺析兩者法律思想的異同。
[Abstract]:Plato and his student Aristotle are two giants in the history of ancient Greek legal thought. Up to recently, their legal thought is still being studied and quoted by people, and has a profound influence. In this paper, the author will analyze the similarities and differences of the two legal thoughts from the "view of justice" of the two thought giants and the different viewpoints on "the rule of man and the rule of law".
