【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,人們的生活水平不斷提高,因此,人們對(duì)精神生活有了新的需求。安樂死問題也漸漸進(jìn)入到人們的視野,但安樂死問題引發(fā)社會(huì)極大地紛爭(zhēng),許多國(guó)家已經(jīng)承認(rèn)安樂死問題,但仍有許多國(guó)家持有保守態(tài)度。此次筆者將通過積極和消極兩個(gè)方面,運(yùn)用價(jià)值考量的方法對(duì)安樂死是否應(yīng)該合法化進(jìn)行一個(gè)深入研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people's living standard is improving, so people have a new demand for spiritual life. The problem of euthanasia has gradually come into people's view, but the problem of euthanasia has caused great social disputes. Many countries have acknowledged the problem of euthanasia, but many countries still hold a conservative attitude. This time, the author will make a deep study on euthanasia legalization through positive and negative aspects.
