【摘要】：法律通識(shí)教育是非法學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生通識(shí)教育的重要組成部分。遠(yuǎn)程教育背景下法律通識(shí)教育必須堅(jiān)持終身教育的理念,綜合考慮課程的特點(diǎn)、學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)和遠(yuǎn)程教育的特點(diǎn),改革傳統(tǒng)模式的法律通識(shí)教育,重點(diǎn)從課程設(shè)置、學(xué)習(xí)資源建設(shè)、學(xué)習(xí)支持服務(wù)、教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等四個(gè)方面著手,以實(shí)現(xiàn)法律通識(shí)教育的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:General law education is an important part of general education for non-law students. Under the background of distance education, legal general education must adhere to the concept of life-long education, consider the characteristics of curriculum, students and distance education, reform the traditional mode of legal general education, and focus on curriculum design. In order to realize the teaching goal of general education of law, the construction of learning resources, learning support services, and the construction of teachers are carried out in four aspects.
