【摘要】：中國古代盟誓制度起源于黃帝時代,定型于西周時期,它在本質(zhì)上是一種政治制度和神靈崇拜,更是一種特殊的法律制度、法律行為和法律事實,因而具有重大的法律價值;古代盟誓至今仍以其變形存在并制約著國家、國際與人際等關(guān)系,具有正負兩面價值。
[Abstract]:The ancient Chinese vows system originated in the Yellow Emperor period and shaped in the Western Zhou Dynasty. In essence, it is a kind of political system and worship of gods, but also a special legal system, legal acts and legal facts, so it has great legal value. The ancient vows still exist and restrict the relationship between nation, international and interpersonal by its deformation, which has both positive and negative value.
