少數(shù)民族環(huán)境習(xí)慣法研究綜評——基于近十年來期刊文獻(xiàn)的觀察與思考

【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的不斷深入,人們逐漸對少數(shù)民族環(huán)境習(xí)慣法的價(jià)值達(dá)成共識。通過對相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的整理分析,從少數(shù)民族環(huán)境權(quán)的研究與保護(hù)、少數(shù)民族環(huán)境習(xí)慣法的表達(dá)形式、文化價(jià)值以及現(xiàn)實(shí)適用等角度進(jìn)行分類闡釋,歸納少數(shù)民族環(huán)境習(xí)慣法研究取得的成就與不足,為今后少數(shù)民族環(huán)境習(xí)慣法研究提供一種方向性參考與便捷性幫助。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the construction of socialist ecological civilization, people have come to a consensus on the value of customary environmental law of ethnic minorities. This paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the research on the environmental customary law of ethnic minorities, and provides a directional reference and convenient help for the future research on the environmental customary law of ethnic minorities.
