[Abstract]:Liu Xiaohong, born in 1965, was born in Nantong, Jiangsu. He studied in eastern China University of politics and law in 1983 ~1990. He received a Bachelor of law and a master's degree in law. He was taught in eastern China University of law and law in 1990. He received a doctor's degree in law in 2004. He was the director of the international private law teaching and Research Office in East China University of politics and law, the deputy director of international law system and international exchange.
