【摘要】：在檢驗(yàn)史上,清代首次全面要求州縣及各負(fù)有初驗(yàn)職責(zé)的地方衙門配有仵作,并從待遇、考核、激勵(lì)等一系列制度上作了規(guī)定。從史料來看,清代的仵作配備逐漸到位,但是素質(zhì)離官方要求仍有一定距離,其收入除工食銀外,相當(dāng)部分還來源于漏規(guī)。同時(shí),因傳統(tǒng)官僚體制的影響,雖服役公門,關(guān)系甚重,但因可能作弊,身處賤位,而時(shí)時(shí)需被官員防范。
[Abstract]:In the history of inspection, for the first time in the Qing Dynasty, the prefectures and counties and the local government offices with initial inspection duties were required to be equipped with grave-diggers, and a series of regulations were made from the treatment, examination, encouragement and so on. According to the historical data, the grave-diggers in the Qing Dynasty were equipped gradually, but the quality was still far from the official requirement, and their income, besides the work and food silver, came from the missing rules. At the same time, because of the influence of the traditional bureaucracy, although serving in public, the relationship is very heavy, but because of possible cheating, in a low position, and always need to be prevented by officials.
