【摘要】：正案情簡介原告之妻蔡某曾有"心臟病(風濕性可能)病史8年,一直未治療"。2013年4月上旬,蔡某自動求職于中聯公司,從事刷底色膠工種。8月24日上午,蔡某到中聯公司上班后因身體不適請假,由其丈夫(本案原告)陪同去臺州市中西醫(yī)結合醫(yī)院澤國院區(qū)看病。蔡某問診時向醫(yī)生陳述其胸悶、氣促伴雙下肢水腫20天,加重1天。經醫(yī)院初步診斷蔡某"患心力衰竭、心功能3級、心房顫動;先天性心臟病(風濕性心臟病待排);急性上呼吸道感染",遂于10時20分住院治療。當天下午,原告陪同蔡某去中聯公司請病假后回醫(yī)院繼續(xù)接受治療。25日下午15時左右,蔡某在住院治療期間突發(fā)呼吸心跳停止,面唇發(fā)紺,意識喪失,醫(yī)院馬上組織搶救,但未能恢復蔡某的自主心律。當晚22時40分,蔡某因先天性
[Abstract]:A brief account of the case was given to the plaintiff's wife, Cai Mou, who had a history of "heart disease (rheumatic possibly) for 8 years, but never been treated." in early April 2013, Cai applied for an automatic job in Zhonglian Company, where he worked as a brushing agent. On the morning of August 24, Cai to work in the company because of physical discomfort leave, by her husband (the plaintiff) accompanied by Taizhou integrated Chinese and Western medicine hospital, Zeiguo Hospital. Cai asked the doctor to state its chest tightness, shortness of breath with both lower extremities edema 20 days, aggravated 1 day. Cai was initially diagnosed by the hospital as "suffering from heart failure, cardiac function grade 3, atrial fibrillation; congenital heart disease (rheumatic heart disease to be discharged); acute upper respiratory tract infection", and was hospitalized at 10:20. In the afternoon of that day, the plaintiff accompanied Cai to Zhonglian Company and went back to the hospital to continue to receive treatment after sick leave.
