【摘要】：隨著成熟印刷技術(shù)的建立,印刷品的復(fù)制和傳播得到發(fā)展,版權(quán)問題也隨之變得尖銳。特別是晚清時(shí)期,報(bào)刊中的"摘錄轉(zhuǎn)載"等實(shí)踐活動(dòng)使得版權(quán)問題越演越烈,出版人的版權(quán)意識(shí)逐漸得到培養(yǎng),給中國(guó)現(xiàn)代版權(quán)制度的建立打下基礎(chǔ)。文章介紹了晚清時(shí)期報(bào)刊"摘錄轉(zhuǎn)載"等實(shí)踐情況帶來的盜版印刷品的猖獗,以及這些實(shí)踐最終促使中國(guó)現(xiàn)代版權(quán)保護(hù)制度的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of mature printing technology, the reproduction and dissemination of printed materials have been developed, and the copyright problem has become acute. Especially in the late Qing Dynasty, the practice of "excerpt and reprint" in the newspapers and periodicals made the copyright problem become more and more serious, and the copyright consciousness of the publishers was gradually cultivated, which laid the foundation for the establishment of the modern copyright system in China. This paper introduces the rampant piracy of printed materials brought about by the practice of "excerpt and reprint" in the late Qing Dynasty, and these practices finally promote the construction of modern copyright protection system in China.
