【摘要】：中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于進一步把社會主義核心價值觀融入法治建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意見》,提出社會主義核心價值觀是社會主義法治建設(shè)的靈魂,把社會主義核心價值觀融入法治建設(shè),其中一個重要途徑就是推動社會主義核心價值觀入法入規(guī)。入法入規(guī)是以法治方式踐行社會主義核心價值觀的重要手段。社會主義核心價值觀是我國立法的價值引領(lǐng)和目標追求,是衡量立法良善的標準;社會主義核心價值觀融入立法的路徑就是運用"立、改、廢、釋"并舉的方式,將社會主義核心價值觀融入我國現(xiàn)行法律制度體系。
[Abstract]:The General Office of the Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the guiding opinion on the further Integration of the Socialist Core values into the Construction of the Rule of Law, proposing that the socialist core values are the soul of the socialist construction of the rule of law. One of the important ways to integrate socialist core values into the construction of rule of law is to promote the incorporation of socialist core values into laws and regulations. Entering laws and regulations is an important means to practice socialist core values in the way of rule of law. Socialist core values are the value guidance and goal pursuit of legislation in our country, and are the standard to measure the good of legislation. The way to integrate socialist core values into legislation is to use the way of "establishing, reforming, scrapping and interpreting". Integrate the socialist core values into the current legal system of our country.
