【摘要】：正改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)的法治化與城市化相伴而行。2011年3月,全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)工作報(bào)告宣布中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法律體系已經(jīng)形成;同年底,我國(guó)城市化率也首次超過(guò)50%。按《國(guó)家新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃(2014—2020年)》設(shè)定的目標(biāo),到2020年,我國(guó)常住人口城鎮(zhèn)化率達(dá)到60%左右,戶籍人口城鎮(zhèn)化率達(dá)到45%左右,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)1億左右農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口和其他常住人口在城鎮(zhèn)落戶。城市化水平的提高,將對(duì)城市的法治化治理提出更高要求。在城市化基本完成的西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,法的治理與城市治理具有高度同構(gòu)關(guān)系。在我
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rule of law and urbanization in China have been accompanied by the year of.2011 in March. The work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress announced that the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been formed. At the end of the year, the urbanization rate of our country exceeded the target set by the national new urbanization plan (2014 to 2020) for the first time, and by 2020, our country was permanent. The urbanization rate of the population is about 60%, the urbanization rate of the census register population is about 45%, and about 100 million of the agricultural transfer population and the other permanent residents will be settled in the town. The improvement of the urbanization level will put forward higher demands on the rule of law of the city. In the western developed countries which are basically completed in the urbanization, the governance of law and the urban governance With a highly isomorphic relationship.
