【摘要】：唐初,在商業(yè)貿(mào)易、手工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和土地賦役等方面都有許多法律對(duì)其進(jìn)行規(guī)范管理,這些法律是當(dāng)時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的保障,對(duì)后來(lái)貞觀之治的出現(xiàn)提供了物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),也對(duì)唐王朝政權(quán)的鞏固起到了很大的作用。
[Abstract]:In the early Tang Dynasty, there were many laws regulating the commercial trade, handicraft production and land tax service. These laws were the guarantee of economic development at that time and provided the material basis for the later appearance of Zhenguan government. It also played a great role in the consolidation of the Tang regime.
