【摘要】：正中國的依法治國進(jìn)程是與改革開放這個偉大歷程同步展開的,既是后者的重要內(nèi)容和成就,也不斷從改革開放中獲得動力和支持。在這個全球化時代,"任何國家都不能在封閉條件下謀發(fā)展,也不能關(guān)起門來興法治"。在開放的條件下推進(jìn)依法治國,既對中國依法治國的推進(jìn)提出了挑戰(zhàn),也提供了有力條件。在過去30多年的法治建設(shè)中,對外開放起碼在三個方面對于法治建設(shè)產(chǎn)生了積極影響。首先,越是開放的領(lǐng)域,法治建設(shè)的推進(jìn)越
[Abstract]:The process of governing the country according to law in China is synchronized with the great course of reform and opening up. It is not only the important content and achievement of the latter, but also the impetus and support from the reform and opening up. In this era of globalization, "no country can pursue development under closed conditions, nor can it close the door to the rule of law." To push forward the rule of law under the open conditions not only challenges the advancement of China's rule of law, but also provides the conditions of strength. In the past 30 years, the opening to the outside world has had a positive impact on the construction of the rule of law in at least three aspects. First of all, the more open the field, the more the construction of the rule of law is promoted.
