【摘要】：法治、德治和人治歷來就是學(xué)術(shù)界比較關(guān)切的問題,法治的優(yōu)越性已經(jīng)無需置疑,但是法治的局限性要求必須尋找其他的彌補(bǔ)途徑。德治符合中國人的傳統(tǒng)文化和心理需求,人治又是德治不可或缺的孿生兄弟,自然德治、人治和法治的結(jié)合問題就成本文探究的關(guān)鍵所在。
[Abstract]:The rule of law, the rule of virtue and the rule of man have always been the concern of the academic community, the superiority of the rule of law has no doubt, but the limitations of the rule of law must find other ways to make up for it. The rule of virtue meets the traditional cultural and psychological needs of the Chinese, and the rule of man is the indispensable twin brother of the rule of virtue. The combination of natural rule by virtue, rule of man and rule by law is the key to this article.
