【摘要】：重視民族自治區(qū)域法治發(fā)展,提升區(qū)域社會(huì)治理的能力與水平,在國家治理現(xiàn)代化的過程中,意義重大。加強(qiáng)民族地方自治機(jī)關(guān)協(xié)商民主,注重民族自治區(qū)域府際合作治理,是民族自治區(qū)域法治發(fā)展與社會(huì)治理的兩個(gè)重要路徑。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to attach importance to the development of the rule of law in national autonomous regions and to enhance the ability and level of regional social governance in the process of modernization of national governance. Strengthening the consultative democracy of the organs of local self-government and paying attention to the inter-governmental cooperation in the autonomous regions are two important paths for the development of the rule of law and the social governance in the autonomous regions.
