【摘要】：正在當(dāng)代中國的社會(huì)實(shí)踐與歷史進(jìn)程中,改革與法治是兩大時(shí)代主題,全面深化改革與全面推進(jìn)依法治國是正在進(jìn)行的兩大社會(huì)系統(tǒng)工程。改革如何進(jìn)行,法治如何建設(shè),不僅是在其各自領(lǐng)域需要持續(xù)性地提出與解決的理論與實(shí)踐問題,也是在改革與法治之間必須聯(lián)系性地提出與解決的理論與實(shí)踐問題。改革與法治之間存在著本質(zhì)上的系統(tǒng)關(guān)聯(lián)和實(shí)踐上的機(jī)制互動(dòng)。(一)改革與法治之間具有內(nèi)在的統(tǒng)一性在社會(huì)的動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)中,改革與法治固然有各自的結(jié)構(gòu)體系與運(yùn)作機(jī)制,然而,改革與
[Abstract]:In the process of social practice and history in contemporary China, reform and rule by law are the two major themes of the times, and deepening the reform in an all-round way and promoting the rule of law in an all-round way are two major social system projects being carried out. How to carry out the reform and how to build the rule of law is not only a theoretical and practical problem that needs to be put forward and solved continuously in their respective fields, but also a theoretical and practical problem that must be put forward and solved in a related way between the reform and the rule of law. There is a systematic relationship between reform and the rule of law and a mechanism interaction in practice. (1) there is an inherent unity between reform and the rule of law. In the dynamic system of society, reform and the rule of law certainly have their own structural system and operational mechanism, however, reform and the rule of law have their own structural systems and operational mechanisms.
