【摘要】：正2015年度,歐盟及其成員國政府通過深化數(shù)字單一市場戰(zhàn)略、推廣云計算大數(shù)據(jù)等新興技術、研發(fā)5G移動通信網(wǎng)絡、持續(xù)推動信息數(shù)據(jù)公開、大力發(fā)展網(wǎng)絡空間經(jīng)濟等措施,扎實推進網(wǎng)絡和信息基礎建設。同時,歐盟面臨著網(wǎng)絡恐怖攻擊增多、信息數(shù)據(jù)泄漏嚴重、網(wǎng)絡犯罪居高不下、網(wǎng)絡暴力事件頻發(fā)等網(wǎng)絡安全威脅。為此,歐盟政府采取了搞好網(wǎng)絡安全頂層規(guī)劃、健全網(wǎng)絡安全組織體系、完善網(wǎng)絡安全法規(guī)體系、制定網(wǎng)絡空間安全標準、大力
[Abstract]:In the year 2015, the European Union and its member governments, through deepening the digital single market strategy, promoting emerging technologies such as cloud computing big data, developing 5G mobile communication networks, continuously promoting information data disclosure, and vigorously developing cyberspace economy, We will steadily promote the construction of the network and information infrastructure. At the same time, the European Union is faced with network security threats, such as the increase of network terrorist attacks, the serious leakage of information data, the high level of cybercrime and the frequent occurrence of cyber violence. For this reason, the European Union government has adopted a top-level plan for network security, a sound network security organization system, a sound network security legal system, a cyberspace security standard, and a vigorous effort to improve the network security organization system.
