【摘要】：正改革時(shí)代背景下的立法理論與實(shí)踐學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)暨上海交通大學(xué)立法研究中心成立儀式在上海交通大學(xué)徐匯校區(qū)舉行。上海市人大常委會(huì)主任殷一璀,2017年6月21日,深化上海市人大常委會(huì)副主任、上海交通大學(xué)黨委書(shū)記姜斯憲出席了立法研究中心成立儀式并致辭。中心成立儀式結(jié)束后,會(huì)議圍繞"深化改革時(shí)代背景下的立法理論與實(shí)踐"這一主題,分為"中國(guó)立法的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題"
[Abstract]:The symposium on legislation theory and practice under the background of reform times and the founding ceremony of legislative research center of Shanghai Jiaotong University were held in Xuhui Campus of Shanghai Jiaotong University. Yin Yicui, chairman of the standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal people's Congress, attended the opening ceremony of the Legislative Research Center on June 21, 2017. Jiang Sixian, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal people's Congress standing Committee and secretary of the Shanghai Jiaotong University Party Committee, delivered a speech. After the founding ceremony of the Center, the conference was divided into "the current situation and problems of Chinese legislation" around the theme of "the legislative theory and practice in the context of deepening the reform era".
