【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展日趨市場(chǎng)化和差別化,當(dāng)前廣大人民群眾對(duì)于公共服務(wù)履行過(guò)程中普惠性問(wèn)題甚為關(guān)注。法國(guó)是對(duì)公共服務(wù)領(lǐng)域最早立法的國(guó)家之一,通過(guò)了解法國(guó)法律規(guī)定的普遍性與特殊性的問(wèn)題,來(lái)解讀平等性和中立性原則的實(shí)質(zhì),以法國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為鑒,服務(wù)于我國(guó)當(dāng)前的公共服務(wù)法律體制改革。
[Abstract]:With the gradual marketization and differentiation of economic and social development in China, the masses are paying close attention to the issue of inclusiveness in the process of public service performance. France is one of the earliest countries to legislate in the field of public service. By understanding the universality and particularity of the provisions of French law, France interprets the essence of the principle of equality and neutrality, drawing lessons from the French experience. Serve our country's current public service legal system reform.
