【摘要】：內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)作為以蒙古族為主體民族的民族自治地方,雙語法律人才的培養(yǎng)是非常重要且意義重大的。而對雙語法律人才的培養(yǎng)而言,蒙古語法學教材是其基礎,有著不可替代的作用。然而蒙古語法學教材不盡如人意的現(xiàn)狀卻令人擔憂。自1997年到2017年20年之間,總共編譯出版的教材有21本(由于這些教材收集的范圍在呼和浩特市,故有可能與實際出版的教材相差一兩本),并且市面蒙古文書店中幾乎見不到蒙古語法學教材,筆者只有在《文化商城》二樓的一家蒙古文書店中找到了 1本《國際法》的蒙古語教材,除此之外,市面書店中并未找見其他的蒙古語法學教材。上述提到的蒙古語法學教材均是在各個高校的圖書館中找到的。如此,蒙古語法學教材短缺、內(nèi)容陳舊、更新不及時等問題已呈現(xiàn)在眼前。在已經(jīng)找到的蒙語法學教材當中,也存在一些技術層面的問題,如:語法、拼寫錯誤等基本的問題也偶有發(fā)生;再比如術語翻譯錯誤,法律術語不統(tǒng)一的問題更是一個較為普遍存在的問題。這些問題與司法實踐當中雙語法律人才面臨的困境遙相呼應,是正待解決的現(xiàn)實問題,需要關注并且解決。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of bilingual legal talents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, as a national autonomous region with Mongolian nationality as the main nationality, is very important and significant. For the cultivation of bilingual law talents, Mongolian grammar teaching material is its foundation and plays an irreplaceable role. However, the current situation of Mongolian law textbooks is worrying. Between 1997 and 2017, a total of 21 textbooks were compiled and published (since they are collected in Hohhot, Therefore, it is possible to differ from the actual published textbooks by one or two books, and there are hardly any Mongolian legal textbooks available in Mongolian bookstores on the market. The author only found a Mongolian textbook of International Law in a Mongolian bookstore on the second floor of "Cultural Mall". In addition, no other Mongolian legal textbooks were found in the bookstores. The above mentioned Mongolian legal textbooks are found in the libraries of various colleges and universities. In this way, the shortage of Mongolian grammar teaching materials, obsolete content, updating and other problems have appeared in front of us. In the Mongolian legal textbooks that have been found, there are also some technical problems, such as grammar, spelling errors and other basic problems, such as terminology translation errors. The disunity of legal terms is a common problem. These problems echo the dilemma faced by bilingual law talents in judicial practice, and they are practical problems to be solved, which need to be paid attention to and solved.
