【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,生態(tài)資源遭到了嚴重的破壞,生態(tài)危機日益凸顯。生態(tài)安全問題已經(jīng)成為全球化的問題,這個問題關系到每一個國家,甚至是每一個人。俄羅斯在生態(tài)安全立法方面以全球化趨勢作為目標,積極推進生態(tài)安全立法的進程,我國同俄羅斯一樣,都處在社會的轉(zhuǎn)型時期,政治或社會制度上都存在著許多相似之處。本文主要通過對有關生態(tài)安全的基本理論進行分析,對俄羅斯生態(tài)安全立法發(fā)展的歷史溯源進行概述,對俄羅斯生態(tài)安全的立法現(xiàn)狀進行了闡述和評價,并且對俄羅斯生態(tài)安全的基本內(nèi)容進行了介紹,最后通過以上內(nèi)容與我國生態(tài)安全立法進行比較,對我國在生態(tài)安全立法方面的不足以及應當借鑒的地方的提出建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, ecological resources have been seriously damaged, ecological crisis has become increasingly prominent.Ecological security has become a problem of globalization, which concerns every country, even everyone.In the aspect of ecological security legislation, Russia takes the trend of globalization as its goal and actively promotes the process of ecological security legislation. Like Russia, China is in the period of social transformation, and there are many similarities in political and social systems.Based on the analysis of the basic theory of ecological security, this paper summarizes the historical origin of the development of Russian ecological security legislation, and expounds and evaluates the current situation of Russian ecological security legislation.It also introduces the basic contents of Russian ecological security, and finally compares the above contents with the ecological security legislation of our country, and puts forward some suggestions on the deficiencies of ecological security legislation in our country as well as the places that should be used for reference.
