核心素養(yǎng):法學教育的新引擎

【摘要】:法學教育承載著知識、理論、理念、思想、價值觀教育的使命,應把核心素養(yǎng)作為新引擎,以教學供給側(cè)改革為切入點,從教師、教材、教法三方面去撬動法學教育質(zhì)量體系的重構(gòu),逐步提高法科學生的"法律知識、法律思維、法律信仰"等重要素質(zhì)。教師應從教學工作者轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻逃ぷ髡?將學生從應試教育的綁架中解放出來,強化學生的社會責任感,增加教育附加值。教材應從法科知識本位的獨木橋變?yōu)槎鄬W科融合的立交橋,開設羅馬法、英美法中的一些核心課程,強化法律邏輯教學,并注重與其他學科的融合。教法應從校內(nèi)的單向教學變?yōu)樾?nèi)外結(jié)合的探究性雙向教學,用現(xiàn)實生活中的真實情景和司法實踐中的具體問題來激活教材知識,并借此將綜合的司法實踐能力與個人的情感、態(tài)度等加以整合,從而使學生思維得到訓練,境界得到提升。
[Abstract]:Law education is carrying the mission of knowledge, theory, idea, thought and value education. It should take core accomplishment as the new engine, take the teaching supply-side reform as the starting point, from teachers and textbooks,Three aspects of teaching law should be used to reconstruct the quality system of law education, and the important qualities of law science students, such as legal knowledge, legal thinking and legal belief, should be improved step by step.Teachers should change from teaching workers to educators, liberate students from the kidnapping of examination-oriented education, strengthen students' social responsibility and increase the added value of education.The teaching materials should be changed from a one-wood bridge based on knowledge of law to an overpass of multi-disciplinary integration, offering Roman law, some core courses in Anglo-American law, strengthening the teaching of legal logic, and paying attention to the integration with other subjects.The teaching method should change from unidirectional teaching in school to inquiring two-way teaching inside and outside the school, activate the knowledge of teaching material with the real situation in real life and the concrete problems in judicial practice, and thus combine the comprehensive judicial practice ability with individual emotion.Attitude and so on to integrate, so that students can train their thinking and improve their realm.
