【摘要】:習(xí)近平總書記指出,"黨大還是法大"是一個(gè)偽命題,是一個(gè)政治陷阱。在全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的實(shí)踐背景下,處理好黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與社會(huì)主義法治之間的關(guān)系是建設(shè)法治中國(guó)進(jìn)程中的核心問題。在我國(guó),社會(huì)主義法治建設(shè)與中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的法治探索密不可分,堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和社會(huì)主義法治建設(shè)之間具有高度契合性。文章通過分析當(dāng)前中國(guó)社會(huì)上之所以產(chǎn)生"黨治還是法治"、"黨大還是法大"等爭(zhēng)論的影響因素,深刻認(rèn)識(shí)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與社會(huì)主義法治之間的關(guān)系,從而在全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的實(shí)踐過程中認(rèn)真貫徹黨的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo),保障黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位和執(zhí)政地位不動(dòng)搖,對(duì)于推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的總目標(biāo)和重大任務(wù),加快建設(shè)法治中國(guó),具有十分重要的意義。
