【摘要】：在當前國際政治經(jīng)濟形勢大變革的時代,日本今日的修憲與20世紀相比,在目的和作用等方面均發(fā)生了較大變化。安倍政府將修憲置于國家戰(zhàn)略的高度,秉持強烈的"使命感",致力于實現(xiàn)修憲問題的"歷史性突破",賦予修憲以更新的內(nèi)涵、更多的功能和更重要的意義。囿于"冷戰(zhàn)"思維,在"和平、發(fā)展、合作、共贏"的時代發(fā)展潮流下,以安倍晉三為代表的部分日本政客雖身處21世紀,依然將"弱肉強食""叢林法則"奉為世界政治格局體系之圭臬。在內(nèi)外多種因素的交融與作用下,安倍修憲似將水到渠成。以追求"正常國家"為戰(zhàn)略目標,以成為政治大國、軍事大國為政治夙愿的修憲行為,不僅會對日本國內(nèi)政治的發(fā)展走勢產(chǎn)生重要影響,也將對亞太地區(qū)未來的安全形勢構(gòu)成一定威脅。
[Abstract]:In the present era of great changes in the international political and economic situation, compared with the 20th century, great changes have taken place in the purpose and role of Japan's constitutional amendment.The Abe government puts the constitutional amendment at the height of national strategy, adheres to the strong "sense of mission", devotes itself to realizing the "historic breakthrough" of constitutional amendment, and endows the constitutional amendment with renewed connotation, more functions and more important significance.Confined to the "cold war" mentality and the trend of development in the era of "peace, development, cooperation and win-win", some Japanese politicians represented by Shinzo Abe are in the 21st century.The law of the jungle is still enshrined in the political system of the world.With the combination of internal and external factors, it'seems that Abe's constitutional amendment will come to fruition.The constitutional amendment, which aims at pursuing the "normal country", becoming a political power and a military power as a long-cherished political wish, will not only have an important impact on the development trend of Japan's domestic politics.Will also pose a certain threat to the future security situation in the Asia-Pacific region.
