[Abstract]:At the beginning of October, the Supreme people's Court issued regulations on the Application of Law in Civil disputes involving the use of Information Networks against personal Rights and interests.Different from the judicial interpretation in the past, 8 typical cases of infringement of personal rights and interests by information network have also been published, which is the first time in our country.The first of these 8 cases is Xu Damien v.
