【摘要】：現(xiàn)行高校法學(xué)考試存在著考試制度存在缺陷、考試命題缺乏科學(xué)性、考試形式單一、學(xué)生對考試缺乏正確認(rèn)識、缺乏健全的閱卷管理機(jī)制等問題,需要有效結(jié)合高校法學(xué)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和社會對高校法學(xué)專業(yè)培養(yǎng)提出的要求,實(shí)施建立健全的考試制度、提高考試命題的科學(xué)性、采取多樣的考試形式、提高學(xué)生對考試的重視程度、建立客觀公正的閱卷管理機(jī)制等改革策略。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the examination system of law examination in colleges and universities, such as the lack of scientific examination proposition, the single form of examination, the lack of correct understanding of examination, the lack of sound management mechanism of examination paper, and so on. It is necessary to effectively combine the training goal of law professionals in colleges and universities with the demands of the society for the training of law majors in colleges and universities, implement and establish a sound examination system, improve the scientific nature of the examination proposition, and adopt various examination forms. To improve the students' attention to the examination, to establish an objective and fair examination paper management mechanism and other reform strategies.
