【摘要】：彭真同志是我國社會主義法制的主要奠基人,他主持憲法修改工作,領導制定了一系列重要法律,促進和保障了社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設,為形成中國特色社會主義法律體系,奠定了堅實的框架基礎。他提出加強和改善黨對立法的領導、主張立法需要正確政策的指導、立法中新的問題需要探索試驗,以及關于制定民法、刑法、經濟法的思想觀點,產生了積極影響。他關于發(fā)揮中央和地方兩個積極性、關于賦予地方人大及其常委會立法權的思想觀點,對促進地方立法的發(fā)展,對形成中國特色社會主義法律體系,對發(fā)展中國立法體制,產生了重要影響,值得繼承發(fā)展和發(fā)揚光大。
[Abstract]:Comrade Peng Zhen is the main founder of China's socialist legal system. He presided over the revision of the Constitution, led the formulation of a series of important laws, promoted and guaranteed the socialist modernization drive, and formed a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. He proposed strengthening and improving the Party's leadership over legislation, advocating that legislation needs the guidance of correct policies, that new issues in legislation need to be explored and tested, and his ideological views on the formulation of civil, criminal, and economic laws. His ideological views on giving full play to the initiative of the central and local governments and giving legislative power to the local people's congresses and their standing committees have contributed to the development of local legislation and to the formation of a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. To the development of China's legislative system, has had an important impact, worthy of inheritance and development and carry forward.
