【摘要】：正2017年9月16日,由山東師范大學(xué)法學(xué)院主辦的"儒家與法律:青年國(guó)際論壇"學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)在濟(jì)南成功舉行。山東師范大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)邢光出席會(huì)議并講話。清華大學(xué)法學(xué)院蘇亦工教授、華東政法大學(xué)陳金釗教授、劉風(fēng)景教授等30多位專家、學(xué)者參加了會(huì)議。會(huì)議開(kāi)幕式由我校法學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)荊月新教授主持,閉幕式由山東政法學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)宋云峰教授主持。研討會(huì)分為儒家與法律哲學(xué)、傳統(tǒng)倫理觀念與當(dāng)代法制、儒學(xué)與中西對(duì)接、儒學(xué)與傳統(tǒng)法律文化四個(gè)單元。會(huì)上共有21位專
[Abstract]:On September 16th 2017, The symposium on "Confucianism and Law: youth International Forum", sponsored by the School of Law of Shandong normal University, was successfully held in Jinan. Xing Guang, vice president of Shandong normal University, attended and spoke. Professor Su Yigong, School of Law, Tsinghua University, More than 30 experts and scholars from East China University of political Science and Law, Professor Chen Jinzhao and Professor Liu Sing attended the meeting. The opening ceremony of the meeting was presided over by Professor Jing Yuexin, Vice Dean of the School of Law of our University. The closing ceremony was presided over by professor song Yunfeng, vice president of Shandong university of politics and law. The seminar was divided into four units: Confucianism and legal philosophy, traditional ethics and contemporary legal system, Confucianism and Chinese and western docking, Confucianism and traditional law culture
