【摘要】：法律法規(guī)是美國新聞發(fā)布制度建設的重要內(nèi)容�！缎姓绦蚍ā�、《信息自由法》、《陽光下的政府法》等成文法和"水門事件"等判例法構(gòu)成了美國新聞發(fā)布制度的法律基礎,這些法律法規(guī)既保障了媒介和公民在獲取政府和社會信息方面的權(quán)力,又促使美國新聞發(fā)布活動正規(guī)化、常態(tài)化和職業(yè)化。
[Abstract]:Laws and regulations are important contents in the construction of American press release system. Written laws such as Administrative procedure Law, Freedom of Information Act, Government Law under the Sun, and case law such as Watergate incident constitute the legal basis of the American press release system. These laws and regulations not only guarantee the rights of the media and citizens to obtain government and social information, but also promote the regularization, normalization and professionalization of American news release activities.
