【摘要】：作為我國(guó)法律修改的重要方式,法律修正案兼顧了法律的穩(wěn)定性和適應(yīng)性,一方面能夠確保法律的穩(wěn)定和權(quán)威,另一方面能夠根據(jù)社會(huì)需要適時(shí)更新法律的內(nèi)容。但是,我國(guó)目前以修正案的方式修改法律存在適用條件不明確、法條序號(hào)設(shè)置不統(tǒng)一、表述方式使其無(wú)法直接引用、表決方式不合理以及實(shí)用性不高等問(wèn)題。在法律修改已經(jīng)成為立法工作重心的背景下,完善法律修正案這一法律修改方式顯得尤為迫切。
[Abstract]:As an important way to amend the law in our country, the law amendment takes into account the stability and adaptability of the law. On the one hand, it can ensure the stability and authority of the law, on the other hand, it can update the content of the law according to the needs of the society. At present, there are not clear conditions of application in amending the law by way of amendment, the serial number of the law is not unified, and the way of expression makes it unable to be directly quoted. Under the background that the law revision has become the focus of the legislative work, it is particularly urgent to perfect the law amendment.
