【摘要】：正十八屆四中全會確定"建設(shè)中國特色社會主義法治體系,建設(shè)社會主義法治國家"是全面推進依法治國的總目標,對于進一步完善和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義制度,具有極其重大的意義。依法治國與中國特色社會主義有著內(nèi)在的、本質(zhì)上的聯(lián)系。著眼于中國特色社會主義新發(fā)展全面推進依法治國,是貫徹落實十八屆四中全會精神、加快法治中國建設(shè)步伐的重中之重。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee decided that "building a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and building a socialist country ruled by law" is the overall goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, and that it is necessary to further improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Governing the country according to law and socialism with Chinese characteristics have an inherent and essential connection. Focusing on the new development of socialism with Chinese characteristics to comprehensively promote the rule of law is to carry out the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee. Speeding up the pace of building China under the rule of law is a top priority.
