【摘要】：法學是應用性很強的社會學科,法學教育離不開法律實踐,實踐教學是法學教育的重要教學環(huán)節(jié)。近年來,高校普遍加大對法學專業(yè)實踐教學的改革力度,加強與企事業(yè)單位、公檢法、律師事務所等法律實務部門的合作,推進協(xié)同育人,取得了一定成效,但仍存在不少問題。文章基于協(xié)同育人理念,審視法學專業(yè)實踐教學的現(xiàn)狀并剖析了成因,進而提出法學專業(yè)實踐教學的創(chuàng)新路徑。
[Abstract]:Law is a social subject with strong application, and law education can not be separated from legal practice. Practice teaching is an important teaching link in law education. In recent years, colleges and universities have generally strengthened the reform of practice teaching of law major and strengthened the reform with enterprises and institutions. The cooperation of law practice departments such as Public Security Bureau, Procuratorate, Court, Law firm and so on, has achieved certain results, but there are still many problems. Based on the concept of collaborative education, this paper examines the present situation of practice teaching of law major and analyzes the causes. And then put forward the innovative path of practice teaching of law major.
