【摘要】："一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn),給中國(guó)企業(yè)"走出去"帶來(lái)了廣闊前景。同時(shí),也給中國(guó)企業(yè)在勞工保護(hù)為代表的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任方面提出了更高要求。中國(guó)企業(yè)在海外投資過(guò)程中,由于缺乏對(duì)東道國(guó)勞工政策法規(guī)的了解,忽視對(duì)勞工保護(hù)責(zé)任的重視,造成在社會(huì)責(zé)任相關(guān)問(wèn)題的負(fù)面評(píng)價(jià),甚至引發(fā)當(dāng)?shù)貏诠_突,使得勞工問(wèn)題成為企業(yè)面臨的一個(gè)重要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。文章通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)在東南亞國(guó)家投資過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的典型問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,從而對(duì)中國(guó)政府和企業(yè)自身在海外承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任、履行監(jiān)管機(jī)制提出相關(guān)建議,為"一帶一路"背景下中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外投資的社會(huì)責(zé)任承擔(dān)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:"The Belt and Road" strategy to promote, to Chinese enterprises "going out" brings a broad prospect. At the same time, the Chinese enterprises also put forward higher demands on the social responsibility of enterprises in the labor protection. The process of China enterprises in overseas investment in the host country, due to the lack of understanding of labor policies and regulations, neglect of responsibility to protect workers attention, resulting in the social responsibility of the negative evaluation of related problems, and even lead to local labor disputes, the labor problem has become an important risk facing enterprises. Based on the typical problems appeared in the process of Chinese enterprise investment in Southeast Asian countries are analyzed, in order to Chinese the government and the enterprises in the overseas social responsibility, put forward relevant proposals to perform regulatory mechanism, undertake to provide a reference for the "China foreign investment enterprises The Belt and Road" under the background of social responsibility.
