【Abstract】China is currently in the era of rapid development, regional buildings springing up like, but the building has been a problem roofing architectural concerns. Many buildings exist roof leaks, seriously affecting the quality of life of the building and construction, technical waterproof construction discussion become in recent years been exploring the topic. Based on engineering problems of waterproofing detailed description of the waterproof construction techniques and key points of control, the actual production of important guiding significance.

隨著房屋價(jià)格的一路攀升，房源的緊缺日益嚴(yán)重，然而房屋漏水問題成了住宅質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。屋面的漏水不僅僅影響建筑的質(zhì)量還會(huì)破壞建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)，造成嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，嚴(yán)重的影響住戶的生活，給居民帶來嚴(yán)重的生活困擾。所以研究可行的防漏技術(shù)已經(jīng)刻不容緩。

1、屋面防水分類及常見問題 

在住宅建筑工程中造成屋面漏水的因素有很多，主要有選用材料不合適、防水和相關(guān)層次的構(gòu)造不合理、細(xì)節(jié)處理不當(dāng)、施工的水平太低、質(zhì)量保證措施不當(dāng)以及完工后的維護(hù)管理不當(dāng)?shù)纫蛩�，，這些原因成為造成屋面漏水的直接和間接原因，這些問題管制的是否到位直接影響到建筑的質(zhì)量和使用壽命。針對(duì)這樣的原因住宅工程屋面的防水技術(shù)成為建筑工程關(guān)注的問題。
