【摘要】：介紹國醫(yī)大師周仲瑛教授運(yùn)用時方柴前梅連散治療疑難病證的經(jīng)驗�？偨Y(jié)其選用本方以外感與內(nèi)傷相兼、正損而邪伏不去以及肺肝兩臟同病為指征的選取要領(lǐng),使用本方以解決虛實攻補(bǔ)、邪氣外受內(nèi)生以及邪氣伏郁病位等治療矛盾的運(yùn)用心法,歸納其臨證根據(jù)本方主治與組方特點(diǎn),隨證加減進(jìn)退,或加重養(yǎng)陰透熱,或兼以和解清潤,或配合化痰除瘀的辨治思路。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the experience of Professor Zhou Zhongying, a master of Chinese medicine, in the treatment of difficult diseases with Chaiqian Mei Lian Powder. This paper summarizes the selection essentials of this prescription, which is indicated by both external feeling and internal injury, positive damage but evil failure, and the same disease of lung and liver, and uses this prescription to solve the contradiction in the treatment of deficiency and deficiency, evil qi and endophysis, and the position of evil qi depression and so on, and the use of this prescription is to solve the contradiction in the treatment of deficiency and deficiency, endophysis of evil qi and depression of evil qi.
