【摘要】：目的探討冠心病痰熱證與纖維蛋白原(FIB)與D-二聚體之間的相關(guān)性。并以此為依據(jù),以利中醫(yī)辨證論治,確立清熱化痰的治療方法。方法將30例冠心病痰熱證患者、30例冠心病痰阻心脈證患者、30例正常對(duì)照組用免疫比濁法檢測(cè)FIB以及D-二聚體,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析得出結(jié)論。結(jié)果冠心病痰熱證組患者FIB值、D-二聚體水平均高于冠心病痰阻心脈證組,而冠心病痰阻心脈證組FIB值、D-二聚體值均高于正常對(duì)照組,冠心病男性患者FIB值高于女性患者,冠心病患者D-二聚體值性別間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論FIB、D-二聚體值增高與冠心病痰熱證相關(guān),兩者值增高與冠心病發(fā)病相關(guān),男性冠心病患者FIB值高于女性患者,其原因可能與患者抽煙、酗酒等情況有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between phlegm-heat syndrome and fibrinogen (FIB) and D-dimer in coronary heart disease (CAD). On this basis, to benefit TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, establish the treatment method of clearing away heat and dissipating phlegm. Methods FIB and D-dimer were detected by immunoturbidimetry in 30 patients with phlegm-heat syndrome of coronary heart disease, 30 patients with coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart and pulse syndrome and 30 normal controls. Results the FIB values and D-dimer levels in the phlegm-heat syndrome group were higher than those in the coronary heart disease phlegm blocking heart syndrome group, while the FIB values and D-dimer values in the coronary heart disease phlegm blocking heart syndrome group were higher than those in the normal control group. The FIB value of male patients with coronary heart disease was higher than that of female patients, but there was no significant difference between sex and sex of D-dimer value in patients with coronary heart disease. Conclusion the increase of FIB,D- dimer value is related to phlegm-heat syndrome of coronary heart disease, and the increase of FIB value is related to the incidence of coronary heart disease. The FIB value of male patients with coronary heart disease is higher than that of female patients, which may be related to smoking and drinking.
