【摘要】：目的:觀察克敏顆粒對兒童濕疹脾虛食濕蘊積證的臨床療效。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準的64例濕疹患兒隨機分為治療組、對照組,治療組(32例)予克敏顆�？诜�,對照組(32例)予氯雷他定顆�？诜�,4周為1療程,各觀察1個療程,并分別于治療前后觀察其中醫(yī)癥候總積分、主癥及主癥中各癥狀積分、次癥積分和EASI評分。結(jié)果:治療組治愈率68.75%,總有效率93.75%;對照組治愈率40.63%,總有效率87.50%。結(jié)果兩組治愈率比較P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,治療組優(yōu)于對照組;總有效率比較P0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,治療組與對照組療效相當(dāng)。結(jié)論:克敏顆粒對兒童濕疹(脾虛食濕蘊積證)有較好療效,在改善皮損形態(tài)、皮損面積及治療慢性濕疹上優(yōu)于對照組;且具有復(fù)發(fā)率低等優(yōu)點,臨床上值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Kemin granule on children with eczema spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome. Methods: 64 children with eczema who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 32), treatment group (n = 32) and loratadine granule (n = 32). The treatment group (n = 32) was treated with loratadine granule for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The total score of TCM syndrome, the score of main symptom and the score of each symptom, the score of secondary symptom and the score of EASI were observed before and after treatment. Results: the cure rate was 68.75% and the total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 40.63% and 87.50% in the control group. Results the cure rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and there was no significant difference between the total effective rate and the control group, and the curative effect of the treatment group was the same as that of the control group. Conclusion: Kemin granule has good curative effect on eczema in children (spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome), which is superior to the control group in improving the shape of skin lesions, the area of skin lesions and the treatment of chronic eczema, and has the advantages of low recurrence rate, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
