【摘要】：目的:隨著生活水平的提高,從過去的求醫(yī)問藥,演變今日的養(yǎng)生保健,更多的女性將絕經(jīng)綜合征的治療放在了首位,而中醫(yī)治療圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征無論是從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)考慮還是藥理的毒副作用都要好于西醫(yī)治療,作為醫(yī)者更應(yīng)將“為患者緩解身心傷害”作為根本,而此論文主要討論知柏地黃丸加減治療腎陰虛型絕經(jīng)綜合征實(shí)際服用意義,通過臨床觀察研究,探究知柏地黃丸的有效性及安全性。方法:擬定將72例符合入組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的女性患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組。使治療組與對(duì)照組各36例,知柏地黃丸(免煎顆粒)給予治療組,坤泰膠囊給予對(duì)照組。規(guī)定連續(xù)服用4周,自服藥起28天后觀察療效。主要觀察患者烘熱汗出主癥、兼癥積分變化情況,統(tǒng)計(jì)臨床療效。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率為88.89%,對(duì)照組總有效率為72.22%,通過試驗(yàn)研究,使用藥物后治療組與對(duì)照組臨床效果明顯,患者治療后中醫(yī)癥候總積分比治療前均顯著下降(P0.05),同時(shí)使用藥物后治療組與對(duì)照組之間也具有顯著的差異,組間差異明顯(P0.05)。此次試驗(yàn)充分說明治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:運(yùn)用中醫(yī)藥治療絕經(jīng)綜合征方法多樣、可靠,經(jīng)過臨床病例觀察知柏地黃丸治療腎陰虛型絕經(jīng)綜合征,其療效明顯,臨床應(yīng)用比較安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: with the improvement of living standards, from the past medical treatment to today's health care, more women put the treatment of menopausal syndrome in the first place. However, the toxic and side effects of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of menopausal syndrome are better than those of western medicine in terms of long-term consideration and pharmacological side effects. As doctors, they should take "relieving physical and mental injury for patients" as the foundation. This paper mainly discusses the practical significance of Zhibai Dihuang Pill in the treatment of kidney yin deficiency menopausal syndrome, and explores the effectiveness and safety of Zhibai Dihuang Pill through clinical observation and research. Methods: 72 female patients who met the admission criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group were treated with Zhibai Dihuang pill (no decoction granule) and Kuntai capsule in the control group. The curative effect was observed 28 days after taking the medicine for 4 weeks. The main symptoms of drying heat and sweating were observed, and the changes of concurrent score were observed, and the clinical curative effect was counted. Results: the total effective rate was 88.89% in the treatment group and 72.22% in the control group. Through the experimental study, the clinical effect of the treatment group and the control group was obvious. After treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms was significantly lower than that before treatment (P 0.05). At the same time, there was also significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). This trial fully shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group. Conclusion: there are many and reliable methods in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine. Zhibai Dihuang Pill is effective and safe in the treatment of menopausal syndrome of kidney yin deficiency after clinical observation.
