【摘要】：桂枝加龍骨牡蠣湯出自《金匱要略》,為治療失精之常效方,但仲景原文只列癥狀,不言病機,而臨床上大凡出現(xiàn)心悸癥狀者,用之亦能取得良效,故有必要對此進行探討。本文將從榮衛(wèi)、心神及心腎3個方面闡述心悸發(fā)生的病因病機,及該方治療心悸的機制,并附臨床驗案一則,以期為臨床運用提供指導和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Guizhi plus keel Oyster soup is from the synopsis of the Golden Chamber, in order to treat azoospermia, but Zhongjing only lists the symptoms, self-evident pathogenesis, and most of the clinical palpitation symptoms can also achieve good results, so it is necessary to explore this. This paper will explain the etiology and pathogenesis of palpitation from three aspects: Rongwei, Xinshen and heart and kidney, and the mechanism of treating palpitation with this prescription, with a clinical case, in order to provide guidance and reference for clinical application.
