【摘要】：慢性盆腔炎是指女性盆腔生殖器官及周圍結(jié)締組織、盆腔腹膜發(fā)生的慢性炎癥性改變[1]。中醫(yī)認為慢性盆腔炎的病因是經(jīng)期、小產(chǎn)及產(chǎn)后胞脈虛弱,或素體虛弱,感受外邪,或房事不節(jié),以致濕熱、濕毒、寒濕之邪內(nèi)侵,蘊積胞宮,導致胞宮不通則痛、不榮則痛。慢性盆腔炎嚴重影響婦女的生活質(zhì)量,單純西醫(yī)治療慢性盆腔炎效果欠佳,中醫(yī)藥治療慢性盆腔炎,在療效、預后、用藥安全性等方面都有其獨特的優(yōu)勢存在。導師王翠霞教授從事婦科臨床二十余年,對治療慢性盆腔炎有獨特的認識,導師認為肝脾腎功能失調(diào)是慢性盆腔炎發(fā)生的內(nèi)在因素,寒凝、濕熱、氣滯是慢性盆腔炎的致病條件,根據(jù)其病因病機分為寒濕凝滯、濕熱瘀結(jié)兩個證型,并針對各證型隨癥加減,同時輔以外敷及灌腸,充分發(fā)揮中醫(yī)藥的優(yōu)勢,臨床效果顯著。此外吾師也特別注重了解個人體質(zhì)因素、生活社會因素和特殊時期的防御,例如經(jīng)期或產(chǎn)后禁食寒涼生冷辛辣刺激的食物或不節(jié)房事等情況。
[Abstract]:Chronic pelvic inflammation refers to the chronic inflammatory changes of female pelvic reproductive organs and surrounding connective tissue and pelvic cavity [1]. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the cause of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is menstrual period, parturition and postpartum cell vein weakness, or vegetative weakness, feeling external evil, or housing disorderly, resulting in dampness and heat, dampness poison, cold and dampness evil invasion, accumulation of cells palace, resulting in cell palace impassable pain, dishonor then pain. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease seriously affects the quality of life of women. Western medicine alone is not effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has its unique advantages in curative effect, prognosis, drug safety and so on. Professor Wang Cuixia, a mentor who has been engaged in gynecological clinic for more than 20 years, has a unique understanding of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The mentor believes that the dysfunction of liver, spleen and kidney is the internal factor of the occurrence of chronic pelvic inflammation, cold coagulation, dampness and heat. Qi stagnation is the pathogenic condition of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. According to its etiology and pathogenesis, it can be divided into two syndrome types: cold and dampness stagnation and dampness-heat stasis. At the same time, it is supplemented by external application and enema to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and the clinical effect is remarkable. In addition, our teacher also pays special attention to the understanding of personal physical factors, life and social factors and the defense of special periods, such as fasting cold, spicy food or abstinence during menstruation or postpartum.
